An iconic Heritage Listed building that had suffered decades of unsympathetic alterations and decline was transformed into a modern and sophisticated restaurant/bar with an equally impressive interior.

Architecturally designed renovations to the existing heritage listed 'Avonleigh' building, including commercial refurbishment and residential unit extension. The build includes designer joinery, concrete pool on the upper level, spiral staircase and mezzanine store room.
