Design & Build
We at DR Moore Constructions Pty Ltd, are very passionate about the Design & Build service of our business. We believe it is a more efficient & simplified working model. Our team are there for you through every step, from concept and initial design through to building approvals, certification and build. We carefully select architects, building designers and engineers to suit the project at hand and then the team of specialists works to tailor each project to your requirements and budget.
Initial, free consultation and is used to develop an understanding of your ideas, wants, needs, and budget.
2. Concept Design
At this point we develop a design concept based on the information supplied at the consultation including a budget estimate and floor plan. Some additional fine turning of the design may be required at this stage.
3. Construction Plans
After final signoff of the design, we have the plans drawn for building approval, including engineering and other consultancy fees required. At this time we provide a fixed price quote for the project build.
4. Building Approval & Contract
Once all plans and documentation are received, we draw up a contract for the build and submit the plans and documentation to council for building approval.
Let’s build! We like to keep an open communication dialogue at all times and aim to keep you up to date throughout the entire build by having regular onsite meetings to review all critical stages of the build.

Upon Practical Completion we conduct a final walkthrough where we sign off on any minor defects. Once final payment is made the project keys are handed over, then you can pop the bubbly and celebrate.
